2a Taylor Street Office Development

An exciting transformation of 3 self-contained units into a vibrant modern office development. The scope involved an extensive refurbishment of the existing buildings with a new- build addition to the front of the office site, new car parking and a central arbour. The reworked development creates links to the greater “Engine Room Precinct” with its cafes, retail, offices and residential components. Careful planning and consideration of the site constraints and client requirements has resulted in an environmentally sustainable, efficient and comfortable work space. The Aspect Team created a new aesthetic while still maintaining the integrity of the existing buildings and functions. The team delivered this project on time and in budget without major disruptions to the shopping centre.
