Dalby SS Admin & Learning Centre

PROJECT VALUE: $6 Million

As a result of a devastating fire in 2017 that destroyed
the 150-year old administration and learning centre at
Dalby State School, a need to construct a new facility
arose.  Aspect was engaged by DET to provide both
the Principal Consultancy and Project Management
services to deliver a new multi-storey Administration
and Learning Centre, consisting of – four (4) GLAs,
Breakout space, Music room, Outdoor Learning
area, Administration Centre, and undercroft for
four (4) additional GLAs.  Through a close working
relationship with the various stakeholders, Aspect
has delivered a design that is sympathetic to the
original building, whilst accommodating the latest
Legislative and DET requirements.
