The Arbour Boutique Apartments deliver fully self‑contained luxury short‑stay accommodation, with Aspect overseeing the complete design process — architectural design, interior fit‑out, procurement and styling. Completed in 2019, this contemporary four‑storey boutique building offers Toowoomba visitors a superior accommodation experience close to St Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba Grammar School and the city’s key destinations. Featuring 11 one, two and three‑bedroom apartments, each residence is designed with floor‑to‑ceiling glazing, generous balconies and seamless indoor–outdoor living.
The architecture balances solid and transparent forms, creating a distinctive façade enriched by intricate metal screens inspired by leaf canopies and natural patterns. This contemporary exterior gives The Arbour a unique identity while maintaining privacy and softness within the streetscape.
Inside, each apartment reflects understated luxury and timeless charm, blending premium materials such as chevron timber floors, polished stone and custom-crafted furnishings. Smart automation and modern conveniences enhance guest comfort, while the refined interior palette ensures a calm, boutique‑hotel feel.
