Yes. Aspect designs modular prefabricated and panelised homes. Modern modular construction has evolved to look and feel architecturally designed, not “modular.” Aspect works closely with modular builders to create cost‑efficient designs that are thoughtful, functional, and refined. We help arrange modules for the best spatial outcome, integrate decks and outdoor connections, and ensure the overall home feels cohesive. We also manage any required Development Approvals, including those for new builds and secondary dwellings.
