Principal, Project Management and Quantity Surveying

Since joining Aspect in 2017, David Cox has served as General Manager of the Project Management and Quantity Surveying portfolio, leading the team in delivering commercial, public, and industrial projects from concept design through to final completion. His prior experience includes an Executive Director role within the Department of Housing and Public Works, overseeing major construction and maintenance programs and a large workforce.

At Aspect, David specialises in Project Management and Contract Superintendent services, administering complex construction contracts for government and community infrastructure. With over 34 years in the industry, his quantity surveying expertise ensures accurate planning, cost management, and confident project delivery.
