Overview

Heritage Urban Renewal: Vibrant Coffee Shop Interiors

Located within the historic 1860s Saba Building (one of Aspect’s signature placemaking restorations), this refurbishment breathes new life into a traditional CBD landmark in Ruthven Street. The space is transformed into a popular café destination that honours the site’s character while offering a contemporary, moody retreat.

HERITAGE PLACEMAKING

Contemporary Expression of Heritage

Classic Aspect heritage styling shines through in the careful balance of heritage textures and modern furniture selections. Thoughtfully layered lighting enhances the tactile surfaces.

The stylish wall seating along with traditional seating, timber floors, and refined black steel elements, contribute to an intimate and grounded dining experience. These elements frame the café as a warm and inviting refuge.
